8. Mobile Application (KalaVihar App)

Our KalaVihar mobile application (available on Google Play Store) collects and processes the following data:

8.1 Data We Collect Through the App

Account Information: Name, email address, and phone number when you register or login
Order Data: Products ordered, delivery addresses, payment method (COD or online), and order history
Device Information: Device type, operating system version, and app version for bug fixes and improvements
Push Notification Token: Your device's Expo push token to send order updates and promotional notifications (only if you grant permission)
Local Storage: Recently viewed products and cart data stored locally on your device via AsyncStorage

8.2 Permissions We Request

Notifications: To send you order updates (confirmed, shipped, delivered). You can disable this anytime in your device settings.
Internet Access: Required to browse products, place orders, and sync your cart and wishlist.
Camera (optional): Not currently requested. May be used in future for AR wall preview feature.

8.3 Third-Party Services in the App

Razorpay: Processes online payments. Card/UPI data is handled entirely by Razorpay and never stored by KalaVihar. See Razorpay Privacy Policy.
Google OAuth: Used for "Continue with Google" login. We only receive your name and email from Google. See Google Privacy Policy.
Expo Push Notifications: We use Expo's push notification service to deliver order alerts. Push tokens are processed by Expo's servers.

8.4 Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by:

Emailing us at kalaviharoffical@gmail.com with subject "Account Deletion Request"
Or visiting our website at kalavihar.com/contact.php

We will delete your account and personal data within 7 business days of receiving your request.

8.5 Children's Privacy

The KalaVihar app is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
