At KalaVihar, we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return a product, we are here to make the process as smooth as possible.
Every product is handcrafted by skilled artisans — which is why we take returns seriously and ensure the process is completely transparent and fair.
When You Can Return
- Product arrived in a damaged or broken condition
- Product is significantly different from the description on the listing
- Incorrect product was delivered
- Product has a manufacturing defect
- Packaging was tampered with or arrived open
Non-Returnable Situations
- Return request raised after 7 days of delivery
- Product has been used or damaged on the customer's end
- Original packaging is missing
- Minor colour variations in handmade art — this is natural and not a defect
- Customised or personalised products with no defect
How to Return — Step by Step

Contact Us
Within 7 days of delivery, reach us at support@kalavihar.com or via WhatsApp. Share your order number and describe the issue.

Share Photos
Send clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product. The more detail the better — including a photo of the outer box.

Approval
We will review your request within 24–48 hours. Once approved, we will schedule a pickup at a convenient time.

Pickup & Refund
After the product is picked up, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Refund Details
- Online payments — refunded to the same source (UPI, card, net banking)
- COD orders — refunded via bank transfer or UPI
- Shipping charges are non-refundable (except in damage cases)
- Partial refunds may be applicable in certain situations
